About us
How a plumbing firm ended up working with a therapist.
Charlene Broadnax started out on ordinary service calls: a leaking trap, a toilet that wouldn't stop running. In house after house in Scranton, the call ended with the same question. Can you do something about the tub? A parent couldn't step over the wall anymore.
She worked out the rest with Moira Farrell, an occupational therapist with her own practice, who began coming to visits. Now we plan each bathroom around how the person who uses it moves, and we write it down so their family and their therapist can read it too.
Seven of us in all, and Moira as a partner
